Scarecrow Competition - Thank You!

A big thank you to everyone who sent in photos for our Disneyland 70th Birthday Celebration scarecrow competition.

We had lots of fun walking around Upton and spotting all the wonderful entries. Every scarecrow was fantastic, so choosing a winner was a tough job!

The Art Strand team added to the fun by putting up Disney character figures and colourful postbox toppers to match the theme.

You’ll be able to see all the photos and the winning entries on our Facebook page, website, and in both the Clarion and Upton Link magazines.

We did notice that there were fewer entries this year than in the past, so we’d love to hear from you:

• Would you prefer the competition at a different time of year?

• Would it help if we set a theme in advance?
